Services & Retainer
The firm accepts mandates in relation to motor vehicle collisions, serious and catastrophic injury claims including brain trauma, wrongful death claims, complex liability and multi party disputes, and select mass harm and public safety events.
Where appropriate, the firm offers contingency fee retainers in accordance with Ontario law and the Solicitors Act. Under a contingency fee retainer, legal fees are payable only in the event of a recovery, whether by settlement or judgment, with terms confirmed in a written agreement before representation begins. Disbursements, HST, and any cost consequences are addressed transparently at the outset. Clients can expect clear communication, careful file planning, and coordinated management of medical and damages evidence throughout the matter, including at mediation and in trial preparation.
